En fonction du temps que vous ferez sur telle ou telle distance, ce tableau vous permet de visualiser votre temps sur une autre distance.
Exemple : vous valez 18'15'' sur un 5 km, vous pourrez estimer de courir le marathon en 3h00'39''. Il est évident que ce tableau prévoit la performance à condition d'avoir eu au préalable un entraînement adéquat sur la distance prévue.
